Job summary

Google is seeking software engineers to develop next‑generation generative AI tools and large‑scale systems. You will build the AI Developer Tools Platform within Gemini Enterprise, integrate with Google Cloud AI, and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers for scalable, production‑ready solutions.

You will contribute to design reviews, ship server and middleware code, and work with customers to align features with real-world enterprise needs, delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of backend development experience in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Write product or system development code.
• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
• Design and implement the AI Developer Tools Platform and related services under the Gemini Enterprise umbrella, collaborating closely with other teams and functions across Cloud AI and beyond.
• Work closely with our customers—including Antigravity, Gemini Code Assist, Gemini CLI, Android Studio, and others—to address their needs and requirements.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, applying innovative AI techniques to increase productivity.
