Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Data Labeling Specialists to categorize, tag, and annotate data powering AI systems. You may work on text, images, or audio using predefined guidelines to help machines see, read, and reason more accurately.

This is a fully remote hourly contract open to anyone with a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to structured work. 10–40 hours per week, with reliability and quality as core requirements. No prior AI experience required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a patient, systematic approach to repetitive tasks.
• Able to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently.
• Comfortable using web-based tools and interfaces.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Categorize and label text, images, or audio using predefined tag sets and annotation guidelines.
• Annotate datasets accurately and consistently to support AI model training.
• Follow structured project instructions with precision and care.
• Maintain quality standards across large volumes of data.
• Participate in calibration exercises to ensure consistency across the team.
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule.
