Job summary

McKinsey is seeking a Data Engineer in Warsaw to build scalable data infrastructure for AI applications, including LLMs, retrieval systems, and agentic architectures. You will design data pipelines, ensure data security, and prepare data for AI-driven systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

You will join a global Data Engineering community, work with Data Scientists and ML Engineers, and contribute to scalable enterprise AI solutions with a strong focus on data

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience building and deploying data solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering and production-grade code
• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines for AI/BI
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Solid understanding of data storage, system design, and reliability
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
