Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Agentic AI & Enterprise Platforms team in Warsaw. You will design, build, and operate cloud-based data pipelines and platforms for analytics, handling structured and unstructured data with governance and quality controls.

You will expose data for AI workloads, collaborate with AI teams on Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise projects, and translate business data needs into scalable architectures across major cloud providers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering and building enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with hands-on data pipeline design.
• Familiar with data modeling, data quality, and governance principles.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent-based workflows.
• Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI in production.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native data services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-based data pipelines and platforms for analytics.
• Ingest, transform, and manage structured/unstructured data with quality and governance.
• Prepare data for AI workloads and enable feature-ready datasets.
• Collaborate with AI teams to deploy data-driven AI solutions (Vertex AI, Gemini).
• Translate customer data requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade architectures.
