AI Architect (Part-Time)

We are looking for an experienced and highly autonomous AI Architect with a strong ownership mindset to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end AI-driven solutions, focusing on an AI-integrated contact center platform, automation of business processes, and the development of innovative AI tools. You will work at the intersection of architecture, software engineering, and applied AI, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI-powered systems and solutions for business process automation.
• Lead the development of an AI-integrated contact center platform.
• Define system architecture aligned with DDD, clean code, and event-driven principles.
• Integrate AI/LLM-based solutions (agents, RAG systems, prompt engineering, external tools).
• Oversee development, deployment, and monitoring of AI-driven applications.
• Guide CI/CD pipeline creation and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML-based systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture:
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • SOLID principles, Clean Architecture.
  • Event-driven systems, Hexagonal Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI frameworks, and development workflows.
• Proficiency in Node.js (NestJS), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).
• Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ).
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or similar).
• Docker-based environments, CI/CD pipelines.
• Linux system administration and infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes (k8s), Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with vector/graph databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Experience with Apache Kafka, RASA, or Turborepo.
• Previous exposure to AI-driven development workflows.
