Job summary

LEOCODE is seeking an AI Software Engineer to build AI agents and LLM-based systems for real-world business problems. You will work on RAG, agent systems, and end-to-end solutions, collaborating with international clients and taking ownership in a remote setup.

The role requires strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Node.js, plus hands-on experience with AI tools and models. Independent decision-making and excellent Polish/English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or LLM-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, BERT).
• Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Ownership and independence: fast reaction to production issues, monitoring, logs, observability, preventing recurring failures.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete documentation and time pressure.
• Very good communication skills in Polish and English.
