A leading AI development firm in Katowice is seeking an AI Agent Developer proficient in JavaScript and Python. This role involves creating AI agents and intelligent automations, ensuring production accountability, and collaborating on innovative projects for international clients. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in both Polish and English, and have experience with AI tools like GPT and Claude. The position can be offered on a B2B basis or contract of mandate, either full-time or part-time.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or LLM-based systems.
• Very good communication skills in Polish and English.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and models.
• Hands-on with AI tools like GPT, Claude, LLaMA, BERT.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Ownership and independence: fast reaction to production issues, monitoring, logs, observability, and preventing recurring failures.

• Excellent communication in Polish and English.

We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer | LLM & RAG | to join our team. Integrator is a new business line at LEOCODE, focused on building AI agents and intelligent automations for real-world business problems. We create solutions at the intersection of software development and AI: from RAGs and multi-agent systems to advanced integrations with clients’ existing systems. We’re looking for people who can work independently, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to operate with incomplete documentation, changing requirements, and ambitious goals.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Experience building AI agents or LLM-based systems
• Strong knowledge of:
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Python
  • Node.js
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and models (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, BERT)
• Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Ownership and independence:
  • Fast reaction to production issues (fix / rollback)
  • Thinking about monitoring, logs, observability
  • Preventing recurring failures
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete documentation and time pressure
• Very good communication skills in Polish and English

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, MCP, context & memory, tool-use, eval, tracing
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex (or similar)
• Consulting or client-facing project experience
• Understanding of costs, timelines, and tech trade-offs
