Job summary

Mordor Intelligence LLP in Poland is seeking a Research Associate/Analyst to write in-depth reports and due diligence documents on agriculture markets, and to build market-size and forecast models using historical data and scenario analysis.

You will analyze media articles, company filings and industry data from global sources, then present insights in client-friendly formats and support senior analysts across sub-sectors like crops, agri-inputs, agri commodities, and global trade.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in market research – agriculture specific or cross-domain
• Strong understanding of agriculture/agribusiness concepts – crops, inputs, value chains, seasonality, and global trade basics
• Analytical and critical‑thinking mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and large datasets
• Excellent secondary research skills – knowing how to find, evaluate and synthesize information from diverse public and paid sources
