Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Agentic Automation Engineer to design and implement UiPath-native automation and AI-enabled capabilities across CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard workstreams. You will develop workflows, agents, and integrations, collaborating with migration leads, architects, analysts, testers, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes reliable, secure, explainable automations within the program's shared architecture, with a focus on human oversight and guardrails.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and building automation on UiPath platform.
• Experience with document processing for classification and extraction.
• Proven integrations using APIs, connectors and UiPath Integration Service.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa and SAP.
• Knowledge of identity platforms, credential management and authentication configuration.
• Understanding of RBAC, audit logging and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure and maintain agentic automation solutions on UiPath.
• Develop workflows, agents, business rules and orchestration components.
• Implement contract intake, review, routing, approval and renewal workflows for CLM.
• Build document-processing capabilities for classification, information extraction and validation.
• Implement purchase-order ingestion, vendor-data extraction, renewal notifications and spend-review workflows for SaaS Management.
• Develop access-certification workflows and segregation-of-duties automation for AccessGuard.
• Configure AI and agentic capabilities using UiPath services within program architecture.
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into technical designs and working software.
• Review inherited prototypes for maintainability, security and debt.
