Hostinger, an AI-first tech company serving millions worldwide, is looking for a Senior PR manager on the Global PR team to lead proactive press outreach and shape Hostinger's AI narrative. In this role you'll collaborate with country managers, the brand and product teams, and external agencies to secure top-tier media coverage and speaking opportunities.

You will monitor trends, map conversations, and help position Hostinger as a leading voice in AI while maintaining strong media relationships

Your role at Hostinger

As a Senior PR manager at PR team, you'll be responsible for building Hostinger's presence in top-tier global media, driving proactive press outreach, newsjacking relevant stories, and positioning the company as a leading voice in AI. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with country managers across the globe, the brand team, affiliates, as well as external PR agencies, media outlets, and, in some cases, our brand ambassadors - influencers.

Your day-to-day

• Draft and distribute press releases for product launches, company milestones, and major announcements
• Write and pitch op-eds and thought-leadership pieces that position Hostinger's leadership as authoritative voices on AI and tech
• Monitor the news cycle daily to spot newsjacking opportunities and move fast to get Hostinger's perspective into relevant stories
• Scout and secure speaking slots, panel seats, and podcast appearances at international conferences and industry shows
• Build and manage relationships with PR agencies across multiple regions, coordinating messaging and campaigns globally
• Partner closely with in-house teams (marketing, product, comms) to keep PR aligned with company priorities and product roadmap
• Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and media outlets covering tech, business, and AI
• Track coverage and media placements, reporting on what's landing and where to double down
• Continuously map which AI and tech conversations matter most for the company's positioning as an AI-first brand
  
  

What will help you succeed

• 4+ years of PR experience, with a track record of working on international or global campaigns
• Sharp news instincts - you can spot a relevant story breaking and know how to act on it before the window closes
• Strong grasp of the AI and tech landscape, and a feel for what's genuinely newsworthy versus noise
• A proactive mindset that goes beyond digital PR - comfortable pitching press, pursuing speaking opportunities, and building relationships the old-fashioned way
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compellingly for media and adapt tone across formats
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders - external agencies across different markets and internal teams - and keeping everyone aligned
• Self-starter energy: you don't wait for opportunities, you go find them
