Job summary

Procter & Gamble Warsaw Plant & GO seeks an AI/Cloud Engineer to design and scale AI-enabled sustainability solutions. You will build data pipelines, APIs, and automated workflows that turn climate and packaging data into actionable decisions across a global enterprise.

Collaborate with sustainability experts, data professionals, and engineers to embed trusted intelligence into workflows, develop production-grade code, and deploy cloud-native solutions with modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in software engineering, AI/ML, data engineering, automation, or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on programming experience and write clean, well-tested code.
• Experience with modern data platforms, pipelines, APIs, cloud services, and DevOps/CI/CD.
• Curiosity about generative and agentic AI, analytics, automation, and emerging tech.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills connected to business outcomes.
• Commitment to continuous learning and ESG-related impact is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, build, and scale AI- and automation-enabled solutions for sustainability data.
• Apply predictive analytics and intelligent workflows across climate, water, packaging, and reporting.
• Help shift from retrospective reporting to proactive intelligence and early issue prediction.
• Build data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and auditable ESG reporting foundations.
• Experiment with emerging AI models and turn ideas into production-ready capabilities.
• Develop high-quality, tested, standards-compliant code and reusable components.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native solutions using DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Partner with sustainability experts, product teams, data pros, and engineers to embed intelligence into workflows.
