• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, preferably in the gambling industry.
• Understanding of SEO traffic.
• Experience working with tier 3 markets (Asia).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates to run SEO, CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns.
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and payouts.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI and report results to senior management.
• Maintain timely invoicing and ensure accurate and on-time commission payments.
• Communicate daily with partners, providing ongoing support and growing the affiliate networks.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to optimize affiliate acquisition efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events and create content for affiliate newsletters and promotions.
