PPG is seeking an Aero Services Supply Chain Manager - EMEA in Wrocław to lead a procurement team across multiple functions including buyers, tender specialists, and analysts. You will synchronize with global CMS platforms and regional supply chain teams to manage escalations and supplier relations.

You will report to the Aero Services Customer Programs Manager EMEA and lead coaching, procurement procedures, and KPI oversight while navigating a hybrid work model with flexible Fridays.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in supply chain or chemistry (or related field) with supply chain certifications.
• 3–5 years procurement experience, aerospace or chemistry preferred.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.
• Fluent English; Polish preferred; French/German a plus.

As an Aero Services Supply Chain Manager - EMEA, you will lead a procurement team including Material Coordinators (operational buyers), Sourcing Coordinators managing chemical tenders and RFQs, and Supply Chain Analysts. You will work with external EMEA suppliers, the global CMS Platform, and local Aero EMEA Supply Chain Teams while managing escalations and direct supplier communications.

You will report to the Aero Services Customer Programs Manager EMEA.

Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12, Wrocław (Nobilis Business House)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development for team members.
• Develop and implement procurement procedures.
• Manage the EMEA Material Coordinator team in their daily operational buying activities.
• Handle complex procurement escalations and serve as primary supplier contact for critical issues.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and supplier‑related risks.
• Manage Sourcing Coordinator responsible for chemical tender processes and RFQ management.
• Conduct direct negotiations with suppliers on pricing, terms, and service agreements if needed.
• Support to manage inventory levels to ensure top stock availability.
• Oversee analysis and review of supplier lead times to improve procurement planning.
• Review supply chain KPIs including fill rates, on‑time delivery, and inventory accuracy tracked by analysts.

Qualifications

• Min. BSc degree (in Supply chain or Chemistry) or any other field of studies combined with supply chain certifications.
• 3 - 5 years of hands‑on experience in procurement (aerospace or chemistry would be a preference).
• Min. 2 years of experiece in a leadership position.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• ERP system knowledge (Oracle, QAD or SAP).
• Fluent English required, fluent Polish preferrable – French or German would be a merit.
• Experience working with suppliers and customers across countries and different cultures.
