Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an energetic quantitative analyst to develop timely and rigorous analyses that inform client decisions in the energy sector. You will work with the modelling team to structure economic problems into quantifiable analyses and derive actionable insights from model results.

Qualifications

  • Ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex quantitative data and information.
  • Evidence of strong performance in team-oriented environments.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Strong interest in energy markets.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated success in project management preferred.
  • Previous professional or academic exposure to the energy sector beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Polish/Czech/Slovak/Ukrainian/Russian desirable.
  • Understanding of the Polish/Czech/Slovak energy sector and challenges desirable.

Requirements
  • A university degree in either a quantitative subject, coupled with a keen interest in policy developments, or social science, environmental studies or a related field, coupled with an interest in quantitative analysis
  • Ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex quantitative data and information
  • Evidence of strong performance in team-oriented environments
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical parties
  • Strong interest in energy markets
