Job summary

Ultimate Jet Vacations is seeking an Associate, Advisor Partnerships to front the BD team. You will qualify and onboard new advisors, manage a micro-account book, and keep reporting accurate so BD leadership can act on real numbers.

In this role youll host client sessions, support onboarding, and collaborate on webinars and campaigns. A proven, empathetic communicator with strong organizational chops thrives here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing, BD, or account management role in travel preferred.
• Native or fully fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills for handling high volumes of requests and reporting.
• Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools and maintaining data accuracy.
• Confident, empathetic communicator able to host client sessions.
• Adaptable team player; comfortable supporting BD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Client Support & Qualification: review intake forms and route to Destination Specialist.
• Inbound Client Support & Qualification: follow up with clients and invite to weekly forums.
• Inbound Client Support & Qualification: host weekly sessions for prospective clients.
• Inbound Client Support & Qualification: assist onboarding for new clients.
• Inbound Client Support & Qualification: manage qualification and communicate fit.
• Micro-Account Management: manage day-to-day for micro accounts and be primary contact.
• Micro-Account Management: monitor activity and flag growth opportunities.
• Micro-Account Management: periodic check-ins to maintain engagement.
• Micro-Account Management: maintain records in HubSpot/Admin.
• Reporting & Data Management: own reports on signups, conversion, and activities.
• Reporting & Data Management: pull and maintain Tableau reports.
• Reporting & Data Management: ensure data accuracy in Admin/HubSpot.
• Reporting & Data Management: run production reports for reviews.
• Business Development Team Support: manage BD inbox and reassignments.
• Business Development Team Support: assist with webinars and events.
• Business Development Team Support: support ad-hoc projects.
• Client & Marketing Engagement: share client feedback to inform campaigns.
