Job summary

Jobtailor is looking for a Lead Analyst in Global Trade to drive tariff classification processes, review analysts’ deliverables, and provide technical guidance to the team.

You will track deadlines, coordinate with clients across industries, mentor staff, and manage multiple projects while delivering precise regulatory analyses and strong client relationships.

Fluency in English and 2–4 years in Global Trade are required; a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade is preferred.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to analyze regulations and procedures and relate them to operations


• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills


• Experience managing a team


• Fluency in English is required


• 2–4 years of experience


• Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate degree in international trade


• Experience working in the Global Trade industry


• Experience determining tariff classifications under the Harmonized Tariff System


• Export Control classification knowledge is a plus


• Relevant experience in biotechnology, medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industries is advantageous


• Proven capability in driving multiple projects


• Excellent client management and project management experience
