Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
• Proficiency in C++, Golang, Rust, or Node.js.
• Experience designing high-load, low-latency cloud platforms.
• Hands-on containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in consulting, pre-sales, and client-facing presentations.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, performance tuning, and API design.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and oversee AdTech solutions including SSPs, DSP integrations, RTB pipelines, and related systems.
• Lead architectural decisions, ensure quality, and mentor engineering teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, discovery phases, and technology evaluations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures and define governance, CI/CD, and operating guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementation and performance optimization.
• Guide future-proof software components and contribute to cost optimization.
