Job summary

Sigmasoftware2 is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to design and drive AdTech solution architectures in Warsaw. You will lead technical initiatives across SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and OpenRTB pipelines, ensuring scalable, compliant systems.

You will mentor engineers, oversee pre-sales activities, and collaborate with clients to translate business needs into robust technical designs.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software development.
3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
Strong proficiency in at least one of: C++, Golang, Rust, or Node.js.
Proven experience designing high-load, low-latency, scalable cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Successful consulting, pre-sales engagements, and client-facing presentations.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee AdTech architectures including SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and header bidding.
Lead architecture reviews, gap analyses, and solution scoping.
Provide technical estimation, PoCs, and pre-sales support.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures.
Define standards, governance, CI/CD, and operational guidelines.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality implementation.
Mentor engineers and support team growth.
