Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in people management, including recruitment and team development.
• Collaborative approach and team-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Resource Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and optimal team performance.
• Drive people management activities: monitor team spirit and motivation, conduct face-to-face meetings, act as a coach in people-related matters, support performance reviews, and work with career roadmaps.
• Coordinate recruitment processes in alignment with business needs.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Organize and coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, and document decisions and action items.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices.
