Job summary

Sigma Software is seeking a Middle+/Senior Technical Product Manager with deep AdTech expertise to drive the evolution of our scalable platform. You will work with data-intensive services, APIs, and backend platforms, partnering with architecture, delivery, and business stakeholders to shape the product direction and impact.

You'll own roadmaps, translate business needs into technical requirements, and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical background to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, scalability, and platform design.
• Hands-on experience creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• AdTech ecosystem experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned AdTech platform domains.
• Identify product opportunities and define new platform capabilities aligned with business goals.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain product requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable platform solutions.
• Lead product discovery activities, feature definition, and prioritization processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, data, architecture, delivery, and business teams.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and success metrics.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and delivery outcomes to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about AdTech trends, emerging technologies, and platform innovations.
