Sigma Software is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to blend product thinking with deep technical knowledge for scalable AdTech platforms. You will own the roadmap, translate business needs into clear requirements, and partner with engineering, architecture, design, and client success to deliver market-ready features.

You will drive discovery, define success metrics, and communicate plans to executives and partners while shaping long-term product direction in a remote-friendly, globally

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Manager/Owner/Lead roles.
• Strong technical background enabling dialogue with engineers and customers.
• Experience with complex technology products or platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently drive product initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering and prioritizing requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Experience defining roadmaps, user stories, and product documentation.
• Ownership mindset and proactive decision-making.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather and consolidate requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities for engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, client success, and business stakeholders.
• Drive product discovery activities and propose improvements based on feedback and market opportunities.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and priorities across teams and leads.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure collaboration between business and engineering.
• Define and track product KPIs and metrics to measure success.
• Present product plans and progress to executives, customers, and partners.
• Gather customer feedback to improve capabilities and meet needs.
• Monitor AdTech trends and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to strategic product decisions and long-term direction.
