Job summary

emagine in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Atlassian Jira/Confluence administrator to manage operations across Data Center and Cloud, collaborating with an international team. The role requires weekly in-office presence in Warsaw and strong communication in English and Polish.

The candidate will optimize Jira/Confluence, manage cloud and data center environments, and participate in migrations to the cloud while following ITIL incident and change practices.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of exp: 125 pln/h

Summary

This role is primarily focused on managing and administrating Atlassian Jira and Confluence in both Data Center and Cloud environments to ensure their smooth operation within an international team setting.

Main Responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian Jira and Confluence, providing support across Data Center and Cloud models.
• Manage AWS or Microsoft Azure environments effectively.
• Utilize Groovy and the ScriptRunner plugin to enhance platform functionality.
• Contribute to the migration of Jira and Confluence from Data Center to Cloud.
• Oversee incident, problem, request, and change management processes.
• Maintain good communication and collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator of Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in administration of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Groovy and the ScriptRunner plugin.

Nice to Have

• Experience in migrating Jira and Confluence to Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Rovo AI capabilities in Jira and Confluence Cloud.
• Understanding of ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Good knowledge of ITIL practices in incident and change management.
• Ability to work effectively in an international context.
