Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and solid product, retail and industry understanding
• Basic numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills (additions based on market needs)

Responsibilities

• Aware of store targets and works to meet or exceed them using available resources
• Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to drive commercial success
• Acts as a role model for customer service and boosts sales and Brand experience using adidas customer service model
• Shares customer service experience and trains team members to sharpen service skills
• Uses category expertise and enthusiasm for the Brand to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Guides and trains team members on basic core and seasonal product knowledge
• Maintains an appealing, easy-to-shop environment by executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Complies with store policies to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
• Ensures product offers are available by assisting with deliveries and replenishment
• Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately adhering to cash procedures
• Minimizes loss by maintaining floor awareness while serving customers
• Collaborates with team members to meet/exceed store goals
• Supports other team members when needed
