Job summary

Aptiv PLC is seeking an ADAS Project Manager to lead cutting‑edge radar sensor projects and associated software/ECU development. You will manage international teams, ensure timely delivery, and serve as the main customer interface to align requirements and expectations.

You will drive project planning, risk management, and regular status reporting while optimizing deadlines, quality, and cost. Strong leadership and automotive software experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Multiple years of project management experience in automotive.
• Experience in ADAS with focus on functional safety (ISO 26262).
• English fluency; German is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain OEM customer relationships.
• Lead project team meetings internally and with customers.
• Plan and control projects within product development framework and customer requirements.
• Prepare and adhere to budgets and manage costs.
