Responsibilities

• Performing critical collection activities on overdue invoices via calls, emails, dunning letters.
• Analyzing root causes of outstanding balances by liaising with internal and external customers.
• Managing credit risk by handling order blocks/unblocks and assessing payment histories.
• Providing day-to-day customer service and supporting month-end close tasks.
• Monitoring payment plans and ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Leading escalation meetings and communications.
