Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre seeks an Accounts Receivable Billing Team Lead on a 3-year fixed-term contract. You will lead Senior AR Billing Specialists, ensuring delivery of KPIs, governance and process improvements.

Key requirements include a finance degree, 10+ years in GBS/BPO, SAP expertise, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work in Krakow with ample benefits and a clear path to impact across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
• 10+ years’ experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end order to invoice process and IFRS15.
• Experience in resource planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Experience managing an AP team and driving KPIs.
• ERP SAP experience is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day AR Billing operations and workloads.
• Drive performance via data-driven insights and CI initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders with clear, regular updates and governance.
• Maintain controls and procedures for AR Billing in line with risk frameworks.

They are responsible for ensuring that the billing team members are engaged, supported, and developed.The AR Billing Team Lead plays an active role in developing their teams’ skills, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. They act as the key escalation point for operational issues and work closely with the AR Billing Tower Lead, commercial and contract teams and operations managers to ensure customer needs are identified and met.What you will be doing:Operational Delivery - Coordinates and supervises day-to-day prioritising of tasks, balancing workload across the team. Recognizes unusual transactions, trends, or variations and communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a timely and effective fashionPerformance Management and CI - Drives team and process performance through data driven insights. Coordinates, develops and maintains documentation on projects and team assignments. Support Projects including Process re-designing / Process Standardization / Process OptimizationStakeholder Management - Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to all identified stakeholders, both internal and external, and leadership. Drives operational governance.- Risk, Compliance & Controls - Maintain controls and procedures of AR Billing process. Ensures that controls are operated as design. Strong Governance around all controls as per RCM’s (Risk Control Matrix).- Timely and accurate closure of Audits findings and implement controls (if failure) immediatelyTeam Management: - Mentor and provide Guidance to peers and other team members. Provide timely and adequate feedback to team members about their performance.
