Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst / Cash Management Analyst to manage customer balances and optimize cash flow. You will collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Accounting, Contracts, Billing, and Customer Service to implement effective collections strategies.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in finance or accounting, strong relationships with customers and partners, proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office, and a track record of analytical problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building relationships with customers, suppliers, and/or vendors.
• 3+ years of experience interacting with business partners and customers.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• 3+ years of experience in a role requiring strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• HighRadius experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and terms, and resolve disputes effectively

Description

The Accounts Receivable (AR) team is a dynamic, collaborative organization focused on continuous process improvement. This role sits at the center of business processes that are critical to the company's cash flow, offering excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

The AR Analyst is primarily responsible for collecting customer accounts receivable balances for Jeppesen ForeFlight. Our customers include large commercial airlines, foreign and U.S. military customers, large business aviation operators, and general aviation customers. In this role, you will review contractual terms and customer accounts, and collaborate across Sales, Client Management, Accounting, Contracts, Billing, and Customer Service to develop effective collections strategies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Review customer accounts, communications, past-due dunning notices, and warning letters
• Negotiate payment arrangements and terms, and resolve disputes effectively
• Partner with Sales and Client Management teams to coordinate collections strategy

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with customers, suppliers, and/or vendors
• 3+ years of experience interacting directly with business partners and customers
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite
• 3+ years of experience in a role requiring strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• HighRadius application experience is a plus
