We are recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist on behalf of our client, a global organization dedicated to innovation and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Accounting Service Centre in the heart of Warsaw. The role offers a hybrid work model—three days in the office and two days remote—providing the flexibility to thrive professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing vendor invoices for European and non-European entities in compliance with company policies.
  • Managing payment runs to vendors and facilitating manual payments through online banking systems.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of sensitive invoices, such as Health Care Practitioner invoices, rebates, HR benefits, and prepayments.
  • Monitoring the Accounts Payable inbox, posting invoices, and addressing vendor inquiries.
  • Leading regular meetings with internal stakeholders to align on invoice processing and payment activities.
  • Supporting the implementation of SAP Ariba and OCR functionalities, including resolving discrepancies.
  • Establishing and maintaining successful vendor relationships while collaborating with Procurement, Accounting, and FP&A teams.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of three years of end-to-end accounts payable experience in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of AP/GL accounting transactions and proficiency in SAP.
  • Experience with OCR tools and a strong understanding of US GAAP, European accounting standards, and VAT regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity to work effectively across geographies.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience in healthcare or a related industry is advantageous.
