Job summary

SMA Solar Technology AG is hiring an Accounts Payable Accountant for their Kraków branch. You will validate invoices (primarily German and English), process supplier invoices across Europe, and settle consignments and credit notes while supporting the AP team.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a global energy company with onboarding and a comprehensive benefits package. Fluency in English and German is required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• English and German language proficiency (B2) required.
• Experience in accounts payable is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

We are looking forAccounts Payable Accountantwho will be responsible forprocessing incoming invoices.

This is what your typical everyday life looks like:

• Validation of incoming invoices (mainly DE, ENG),
• Processing of material & service invoices (European & international suppliers) for the own vendor portfolio,
• Settlement of consignment and credit notes,
• Support the AP team.

Skills you need for the role:

• Language skills - good knowledge of English and German – B2,
• Experience - in the field of accounts payable accounting - would be asset,
• Knowledge - of SAP - would be asset,
• Work environment - enjoy working in a team.
