Triumph Group, a leading lingerie manufacturer with a global presence, is looking for an Accounting Specialist (f/m/d) at our Warsaw office on a hybrid schedule (2 mandatory days on site).

The role supports month-end closing, reconciliations, general ledger entries and tax reporting, with focus on fixed assets and audits. Ideal candidates hold an economics degree and 3–5 years in transactional accounting, with SAP and Excel proficiency and English/Polish fluency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience in transactional accounting.
• Economic university education, preferably accounting or finance major.
• Practical knowledge of tax regulations and the Accounting Act (CIT/VAT/IFRS).
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Good knowledge MS Excel.
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish.

Responsabilités

• Assist in month-end closing preparation.
• Preparing accounts reconciliations.
• Comprehensive keeping of accounting records in fixed assets (including recording, monitoring, and reconciliation).
• Preparing and recording of journal entries in General Ledger, verification of entries.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual statements for financial, statistical (GUS) and tax reporting (VAT, WHT, CIT).
• Recording of accounting documents in the financial and accounting system (invoices, receipts, travel, bank statements).
• Completing, securing and taking care of accounting documents with compliance to regulations and internal procedures.
• Performing regular accounting data checks and controls for accuracy.
• Prepare and provide ad hoc financial reports, analyses, reconciliations, and data for management.
• Providing support for external audits.
• Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives within accounting.

Our Finance Department for our office in Warsaw is looking for a

Accounting Specialist (f/m/d) (100%)

This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Warsaw.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end closing preparation
• Preparing accounts reconciliations
• Comprehensive keeping of accounting records in the field of fixed assets (including recording, monitoring, and reconciliation)
• Preparing and recording of journal entries in General Ledger, verification of entries
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual statements for the purposes of financial, statistical (GUS) and tax reporting (VAT, WHT, CIT)
• Recording of accounting documents in the financial and accounting system, i.e.: invoices, receipts, business trips, bank statements (monitoring unidentified payments)
• Completing, securing and taking care of accounting documents ensuring their compliance with the requirements of legal regulations and internal procedures
• Performing regular accounting data checks and controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial records
• Prepare and provide ad hoc financial and accounting reports, analyses, reconciliations, and data as requested by management, Finance Manager, or other departments
• Providing support for external audits
• Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function

Your ideal profile:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in transactional accounting processes
• Economic university education, preferably accounting or finance major
• Practical knowledge of tax regulations and the Accounting Act (CIT/VAT/IFRS)
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of other programs in the field of statistical and tax reporting, etc.
• Good knowledge MS Excel
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish
