Job summary

State Street in Poland seeks a finance professional with banking operations experience to join our team. You will handle payments, prepare documents, and monitor daily cash balances while supporting internal controls and banking statements.

You will maintain client relationships, drive service quality, and implement process improvements, working with direct managers and cross-functional teams. Strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Banking background with operations experience.
Knowledge of international payments/settlements.
Able to meet multiple deadlines with strong time management.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Strong communication with clients and colleagues; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

Perform payments processes including payments preparation, accounting documents processing and daily cash balances.
Providing banking statements
Assisting in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
Monitor and confirm to direct manager completeness of daily tasks delivery at the end of each business day.
Take responsibility for the quality of service to assigned clients
Identify and execute process improvements.
Maintain close contact with direct manager, briefing him/her on all issues and problems
Act as a source of technical expertise on State Street systems and applications including Donor Site software
Ensure effective logging and resolution of enquiries and liaise with appropriate parties to resolve queries within agreed timescales
