Job summary

Conduent in Łódź is seeking an AP Service Desk specialist to deliver timely, professional responses to queries and support vendor master data requests on a daily basis.

You will validate data, assist buyers and suppliers, and ensure timely follow-up while achieving SLAs in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• German and English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional AP Service Desk responses (calls/tickets).
• Review, validate, and execute Vendor Master data requests daily.
• Support buyers/suppliers and validate their data by calls.
• Follow up on requests and resolve escalations quickly.
• Assist AP teams in processing invoices.
• Investigate issues and communicate solutions; meet SLAs.
• Collaborate on department activities and share best practices.

The duties will include:

• Providing timely and professional response on AP Service Desk queries (calls / tickets)
• Reviewing, validating, and executing Vendor Master data requests on daily basis
• Supporting buyers / suppliers in submitted requests and performing calls to validate their data
• Performing timely follow up’s on requests if needed
• Analyzing and resolving escalations and non-quality from customers and vendors
• Processing and supporting AP teams to process invoices
• Investigating to resolve the problem and communicate the solution
• Meeting all SLAs and the service quality targets set by the supervisor
• Collaborating on department activities to ensure deliverables are completed within the set deadlines
• Sharing experience and knowledge with other team members to increase the quality of performance

We are looking for candidates with:

• Upper-intermediate level of German and English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including report building.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive and flexible.
• Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
• University Degree – Accounting/Finance/Economic is a plus
• Teamwork skills
