Job summary

Aristocrat, a world leader in gaming content and technology, seeks an Accountant in Kraków to join our finance team. You will ensure accurate financial operations and streamline processes within D365 and our broader ERP environment.

The role covers AP, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, tax support, and collaboration with senior finance colleagues to implement strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proven experience in monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills and Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary accounting documents such as invoices, bank statements, and more
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in our D365 ERP system
• Manage the AP cycle, including recording invoices, preparing payments, and reconciliations
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to banking, customer, vendor, and accruals
• Prepare the trial balance and other materials for month-end close
• Participate in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports
• Assist with statutory and tax audits
• Work in tandem with the company's finance team members to successfully implement financial strategies

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
