Job summary

International SOS is seeking an Account Manager- Healthcare (Provider Network Manager) to oversee our medical provider network in Poland. You will manage key provider relationships, coordinate the provider lifecycle, and act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

You will ensure providers are well-informed, compliant with program requirements, and supported to deliver outstanding care through data accuracy, issue resolution, and client-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services B2B or senior account/program management.
• Fluent English and Polish, with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with medical professionals and institutions.
• Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts and present solutions clearly.
• Willing to travel by car within Poland.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of healthcare providers and be their main point of contact.
• Build strong relationships with providers to meet contract and service targets.
• Focus on provider data accuracy, KPIs, and network coverage across Poland.
• Support onboarding, assessment, and ongoing participation in the network.
• Escalate provider issues and coordinate resolutions to meet programme requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider network with client needs.
• Identify and onboard providers where coverage gaps exist.
• Keep provider information up to date across systems.
• Assist providers with medical records submissions and EHR transfers.

Contract: Full time, Permanent- Hybrid

We are looking for a Account Manager- Healthcare (known internally as a Provider Network Manager) to oversee our medical provider network in Poland. You will manage key provider relationships, coordinate all stages of the provider lifecycle, and act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

You will ensure providers are well-informed, compliant with program requirements, and supported to deliver outstanding care. This includes overseeing provider data accuracy, resolving issues, and implementing client-driven processes.

This is afrontline, provider-facing rolerequiring strong relationship management, operational understanding, and a solutions-focused mindset. You will engage directly with senior provider stakeholders to drive performance, resolve challenges, and improve service delivery.

Around 50% travel within Poland is required.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of healthcare providers and act as their main point of contact

Build strong relationships with providers to meet contract and service targets

Focus on medical record collection targets/ KPI's and provider network coverage

Support providers through onboarding, assessment, and ongoing participation in the network

Act as the escalation point for provider issues and resolve blockers to programme requirements

Work closely with internal teams to ensure the provider network meets client needs

Identify and onboard new providers where there are gaps in coverage

Keep provider information accurate and up to date across systems

Support providers with medical record submissions, including Electronic Health Records transfers

Identify recurring provider or client issues and coordinate solutions (e.g. claims, credentialing, site assessments)

About you

• Proven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience
• Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Highly proficient in Polish
• Proven experience in building strong and effective relationships with medical professionals at medicalinstitutions – including senior management levels
• Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
• Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities
• Own a car and willing to travel
