Job summary

A global software and cloud solutions provider is looking for an Account Manager in Warsaw, Poland. As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to your customers, supporting their digital transformation journey and guiding them through cloud adoption. You’ll strengthen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and make sure clients get the maximum value from our services.

What you’ll do
  • Drive digital transformation and cloud adoption while identifying new growth opportunities.

What we need to see from you
  • Experience in IT services or software sales, ideally with SMB/SMC clients.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, licensing, and digital transformation.
  • Great relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Confidence using O365 and CRM systems.
  • Fluent Polish (C1) and solid English communication skills.
