Qualifications

• Active Texas Life Insurance License or ability to obtain one.
• Proven sales experience in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• CRM proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client needs and recommend life insurance solutions.
• Present and explain life insurance policy options, coverage details, and benefits to prospective clients.
• Manage and grow a book of business through ongoing client relationship management.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales production goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
• Stay current on life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
