The Alpega Group is looking for a Account Executive or Field Sales. This role will be part of our Freight Exchange Polish & Eastern Europe team. This role is based in the South of Poland.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Field Sales focused on Carriers and Forwarders, specially International and National Key Accounts, you will be responsible for the south region of Poland to maintain and develop the sales of our Freight Exchange Business (Teleroute) and launch and develop new solutions focused on the Freight Forwarders.

  • You will attract new customers by conducting heavy prospection activities (hunting, cold calling)
  • You will develop our Freight Exchange (Teleroute) business in a sustainable way
  • You will have to continuously travel within your geographical scope;
  • You will manage a set of accounts within your portfolio (SMB and Enterprise)
  • You will manage your agenda by planning your customer appointments yourself and will mainly have to find leads by yourself
  • You will report your activities on a continuous and consistent basis in our CRM: Sales Force
  • You will frequently interact with other Field Sales, the Inside Sales Team, the Customer Success and Support Team and
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
  • 1+ years of professional experience in selling and/or transport & logistics (ideally including client visits).
  • Interest or knowledge in the transportation industry
  • Good knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
  • Native Polish language and good command of English
  • Your main driver is to acquire new business (proven hunting capacities, cold calling and building and maintaining a sales funnel)
  • You have proven to be a good manager of a portfolio of existing accounts
  • You are capable of closing deals; proven solution selling capacities
  • You have an excellent track record of managing a portfolio of existing accounts and closing deals
  • You are highly organized, with strong analytical- and problem-solving skills
  • You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced and changing environment
  • You have a real entrepreneurial mindset, you are self-driven, passionate and you love to work independently, whilst being a strong team player
