Job summary

New Gravity in Poznań is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to execute digital strategies for clients and manage projects effectively. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in digital or e-commerce environments and possess strong project management and organizational skills. Responsibilities

• End-to-end E-commerce/digital scope execution for the Client and responsibility for overall client satisfaction and good relationship
• Working on the regional E-commerce/digital strategy, creating innovative ideas, and presenting them to the Client
• Managing E-commerce/digital marketing projects in the region:project management, managing external subcontractors and companies, client documentation and assets
• Being the Single Point of Contact for selected clients
• Leading conversations with Clients and e-retailers in English

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (min. C1)
• Around one year of experience in digital/e-commerce agency or similar background
• Experience in working with international clients
• Project management skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of additional European language – nice to have
