This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of reporting across GSK while gaining exposure to a dynamic and global biopharma environment.

As a Senior Reporting Specialist, you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, including finance directors and cross‑functional teams. By providing accurate and timely financial reporting, you will play a critical role in influencing key decision‑making processes and contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Regional Finance Director and Regional Controller onmonth‑end closingsfor Above Country markets to understand key business drivers and performance and provide insights to support decision‑making.
  • Support the Regional Finance Director and senior stakeholders in managing cost centers.
  • Prepare and review journals, financial analyses, and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting in line withIFRS guidelines.
  • Supportanalytical reviewsof the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Support regionalinternal controls,including data collection, consolidation, and documentation.
  • Monitor and review close activities performed by theCentre of Excellence(outsourced service provider).
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degreeorprofessional qualificationin Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), orequivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of experiencein financial reporting or audit.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge ofMS Excel.
  • Communicative written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
  • Preferred: Experience withSAP.
