Job summary

Getinge seeks a Business Partner Risk Management Specialist (contract for 9 months) to perform third-party due diligence and screening in line with compliance requirements. You will assess third-party risk, prepare due diligence reports, and respond to stakeholder queries.

Responsibilities include maintaining process documentation, supporting continuous process improvements, and ensuring timely, high-quality completion of tasks while adhering to company policies and global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AML/KYC or third-party due diligence.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with screening tools (e.g., World-Check, LexisNexis).
• Very good command of English. Japanese would be a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence reviews, including ownership and management analysis, sanctions screening, adverse media checks, PEP identification, and assessment of public sector links.
• Prepare due diligence reports and maintain process documentation.
• Respond to internal and external queries related to third-party due diligence.
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
