Job summary

Mighty Koi in Warszawa seeks an experienced animator to craft high-quality character and creature animations, including MOcap-driven sequences. You will work with developers and modelers to shape core gameplay visuals and ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes creativity, a detail-oriented mindset, and strong communication. Proficiency in English (B2/C1) is required, with a supportive, family-like team environment and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the video game industry.
• Knowledge of systems and tools for creating MOCAP.
• Good command of 3D packages such as Max, Motion Builder, Maya.
• Creativity and detail-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.
• English Language B2/C1.
