Job summary

Uber is seeking an intern in Warsaw, Poland, to support Sales and Operations across the three-sided delivery marketplace. You will help move partners from sign-up to first order, verify documents for safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the partner onboarding process.

The role requires a current Bachelor’s or Master’s student, starting February 1, 2027, with a full-time, 6-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with graduation by summer 2027.
• Full-time 6-month internship starting 1st February 2027.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data extraction and analysis.
• Native Polish and fluent English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Open to exploring full-time opportunities with Uber following the internship if available.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the path of moving a delivery partner or merchant from sign-up to their first order, identifying and unblocking friction points in real-time.
• Own the integrity of our platform by reviewing and verifying identity and business documents, ensuring every delivery partner meets Uber’s high safety standards.
• Communicate with clarity and empathy across multiple channels to resolve merchant or courier questions and keep the delivery ecosystem moving.
• Analyze funnel data weekly to spot trends in drop-offs and suggest efficiency boosts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Support to resolve blockers and coordinate launches for new partners.
• Identify and elevate system bugs affecting the ground truth of 11,000+ cities and delivery reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Navigate the path of moving a delivery partner or merchant from sign-up to their first order, identifying and unblocking friction points in real-time.
• Own the integrity of our platform by meticulously reviewing and verifying identity and business documents, ensuring every delivery partner meets Uber’s high standards for safety.
• Communicate with clarity and empathy across multiple channels to turn a merchant's or courier's confusion into a clear plan of action, keeping the delivery ecosystem moving.
• Analyze funnel data on a weekly basis to spot trends in drop-offs—whether in food delivery or new verticals like groceries—and suggest practical, efficiency-boosting changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Support teams to resolve technical blockers and coordinate smooth launches for new partners in a hyper-local environment.
• Identify and elevate system bugs that impact the "ground truth" of our 11,000+ cities, ensuring the delivery experience remains reliable even under pressure.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving delivery policies in a dynamic environment where you must balance speed with accuracy.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or related fields), with graduation by summer 2027
• Available for a full-time (Monday to Friday), 6-month internship starting 1st February 2027
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data extraction and analysis
• Native in Polish and fluency in English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Open to exploring full-time opportunities with Uber following the internship in case a role becomes available
