Job summary
A technology solutions provider in Islamabad is seeking a management-level IT professional to lead the IT team and oversee all IT operations. The ideal candidate has a background in information technology, with expertise in Microsoft Server administration and VOIP infrastructure. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work flexible hours are essential. This role promises an opportunity to shape the future of IT within the organization.

- Experience and certifications in Microsoft Server administration and support.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex IT infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of contact center networks and infrastructure.

This is a management level position reporting to the CTO. This is a results-oriented position responsible for the overall direction, design, vision and management of the IT operations.

- Provide overall direction, design, vision and management of IT operations.
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
- Experience and certifications in Microsoft Server administration and support.
- Demonstrated experience of designing, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and follow through of complex information technology infrastructure focused on VOIP and Networks. Certifications related to Server Administration, IT infrastructure and VOIP (not limited to but including advanced CISCO certifications).
- Working knowledge of contact center networks and contact center related IT infrastructure.
- Ability to work flexible timings especially at night.
