Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Delivery & Portfolio Leader to own end-to-end governance of large programs in a global delivery setup. The role emphasizes P&L ownership, strategic CXO engagement, and driving transformation across Agile, DevOps and automation.

The candidate will manage 500+ resources, mentor delivery leaders, and build a high-performance culture while delivering sustainable business outcomes for Capgemini and its clients.

Qualifications

• 14–16 years of experience in delivery & portfolio governance across large programs.
• Proven P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting and margin improvement.
• CXO-level stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Leadership of 500+ member teams and governance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery governance for large portfolios and programs.
• Drive business and financial performance, including revenue growth and profitability.
