Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a seasoned data privacy and governance consultant with 13+ years of experience to drive compliance, policy development and governance initiatives. You will lead assessments, collaborate with business and technical teams, and advance data stewardship across the enterprise.

Role emphasizes working with Collibra, OneTrust, BigID, Alation and Axon to strengthen governance and privacy controls in line with GDPR, CCPA and regional regulations.

Qualifications

• 13+ years in implementation aligned with privacy and governance frameworks.
• Privacy, governance and compliance assessments to identify risks and remediation.
• Data discovery, classification, quality, metadata, lineage and glossary initiatives.
• Experience with leading privacy tools such as Collibra, OneTrust, BigID, Alation and Axon.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, LGPD and PDPL.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, procedures and training materials for data governance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve data stewardship and MDM.
• Provide consulting and advisory support on data governance, privacy, risk management and solution design.
