Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to develop, customize, and support Guidewire platforms such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and InsuranceSuite. You will build automation frameworks using Selenium/Playwright, create automated tests for multiple layers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires 4+ years of Guidewire experience, strong automation testing skills, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Guidewire and test automation tools (Selenium/Playwright).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; Guidewire certification preferred; cloud exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, InsuranceSuite).
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium (Java), Playwright, or similar tools.
• Develop automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and support production issue resolution.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery activities.
