Job summary

Brickstech in Multan is seeking a Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to work directly with the Owner on a new YouTube & Digital Media project. This role requires proactive ownership, fast execution, and independence to keep content operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end production workflows, coordinate a creative team, handle guest communications, and drive topic ideation with a focus on timely delivery and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating projects in a digital media environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end video production and publishing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Direct Executive Support: align with Owner on strategy and track milestones.
• Oversee end-to-end production workflows including research, schedules, editing, thumbnails, publishing, Shorts.
• Coordinate creative team and allocate tasks among videographers, editors, designers, and social media managers.
• Manage guest and talent communications, scheduling, and logistics.
• Conduct research on industry trends and digital media strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet deadlines with high-quality output.
