Cogent Labs is looking for a Videographer/ Video Editor for its Lahore office.

Role

You will own the complete video production pipeline, from shoot planning and on-site filming to post-production and final delivery. You transform raw footage into polished, engaging video content while maintaining high standards of visual quality, sound, and creative consistency.You manage each video project end-to‑end, including camera and lighting setup, footage capture, data handling, editing, colour grading, animation, sound design, and secure transfer of final assets ensuring smooth handoff to marketing or content teams until the project is approved and closed. Video projects include but are not limited to,Youtube videos, Podcasts, Ads, Project Videos, company videos and collaterals.

Requirements

• 2+ Year of professional experience in podcast editing, youtube videos, ads etc
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite e.g Premier Pro, After Effects, ChatGPT, NanoBanana for image generation
• Attention to detail, time management, accountability, initiative, resilience under pressure
• Ownership, timeliness, punctuality, creative innovation
