Job summary

Dream 3, a leading education consultancy in Pakistan, seeks a Writing Counselor to support students through international university applications. You will mentor, edit, and craft compelling narratives that authentically reflect each student’s experiences and goals.

The role requires excellent written and spoken English, sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, and the ability to guide applicants through multi-step processes with care and precision.

Qualifications

• International education knowledge and awareness of admissions expectations.
• Strong writing and editing experience across personal statements and essays.
• Ability to mentor students one-on-one and guide through application narratives.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with university applications and admission processes.
• Strong interpersonal and tutoring skills for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with students to understand their background, interests and goals.
• Guide students in developing personal statements, essays and statements of purpose.
• Provide constructive feedback with multiple rounds of editing while preserving voice.
• Help students structure experiences and achievements for impact.
• Mentor students through the writing and application process with support at key stages.
• Maintain high standards of English, clarity, structure, tone and storytelling.
