Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate for Workforce Planning / Resource Management (Assurance) to optimize resource deployment and manage utilization across the Assurance service line. The role focuses on data-driven reporting, accurate allocation, and collaboration with Audit teams to align skills with demand.

The candidate will leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, maintain data integrity, and support EY’s performance priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce planning or operations.
• Experience with AI-enabled reporting or automation tools is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely booking entries to ensure data integrity.
• Manage employee utilisation to achieve KPIs.
• Prepare scheduled allocation and utilization reports for stakeholders.
• Partner with Audit teams to align resource requirements with skills.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to daily team operations.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate reporting tasks and generate insights.
